SignalOps uses the cookies it needs to work. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics are set only if you accept them in the consent bar. Our own visit counter uses no cookies at all. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Cookies we use
- A session cookie — keeps you signed in after you log in. Without it, the application cannot maintain your session.
- A security token — protects against cross-site request forgery on requests you make while signed in.
- Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) — set by Google Analytics, and only after you choose “Accept”. They count visits and show which pages are used so we can improve the product. They are not used for advertising, and declining them does not affect how SignalOps works.
- Your consent choice (so-consent) — a strictly necessary preference cookie on signalops.one, shared by the website and the application so that a choice made on one also holds on the other, kept for one year, with a copy in your browser’s local storage. It holds only “granted” or “denied”, identifies no one, and exists so the consent bar does not ask again on every visit. Our own visit counter stores nothing on your device.
What we do not use
We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party trackers to profile you across other websites.
Controlling cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent you from using the signed-in parts of the application.
To change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time, use the “Analytics settings” link at the bottom of our pages or of the application; the consent bar appears again. Choosing “No thanks” also deletes the Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) from your browser.
