Sub-processors
Last updated: {{EFFECTIVE DATE}}
SignalOps uses a small number of trusted third parties (“sub-processors”) to deliver the service. This page lists them and what each one processes. Because SignalOps lets you choose your own language-model provider, the analysis sub-processor depends on your configuration.
Current sub-processors
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paddle | Payments & subscriptions (merchant of record) | Billing and transaction data | EU / global |
| Your configured LLM provider (e.g. OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic) | Signal extraction and insights | The workspace content you submit for analysis | Depends on the provider you select |
| Resend | Transactional email (e.g. team invitations) | Recipient email address and message content | EU / US |
| Hetzner | Application hosting | All service data, at rest and in processing | Germany (EU) |
We update this list when we add or change a sub-processor. Because the language-model provider is configurable, review your own provider’s terms for how it handles the content you send it.
